The State Trio of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a musical ensemble formed by Kazakh musicians of the highest level, winners of multiple International contests, under the tutelage of “Qazaqconcert”, the State Concert Organization.
All three musicians graduated from the Almaty State Conservatory “Kurmangazy” (Kazakhstan).
Timur Urmancheyev received further education at the Moscow State Conservatory “Caikovskij” (Russian Federation). The Artistic Director of Forte Trio, Maestro Timur Urmancheyev, is an Honored Artist of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The wide repertoire of “Forte Trio” ranges from baroque music to modern jazz compositions. The Trio also performs with a symphonic orchestra, solo vocalists and solo musicians. Kazakh folklore music and national classic music holds an important place in the artistic activity of the ensemble.
“Forte Trio” takes part in multiple international musical festivals representing the Kazakh Nation on the most prestigious stages of Europe and Asia. 2018 was very successful for Forte Trio. In July the ensemble had a very significant tour in Italy and came back to the peninsula in October, since the Italian audience appreciates dearly the high artistic qualities and delivery of the Trio. In August the Trio had two splendid concerts in important classic music festivals in Catalunya. Furthermore, during the year, Forte Trio performed concerts in prestigious venues in Finland, France, Russia, Georgia, Kirghizstan, Uzbekistan and obviously Kazakhstan. Forte Trio ended the year with a Chinese tour which brought great pleasure and satisfaction to the musicians as well as to the audience.

Timur Urmancheev was born in 1965 in the city of Uralsk, Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1986 to 1991 he studied at the Almaty State Conservatory, majoring in piano. Upon completing his studies at the Conservatory, he received the following qualifications: concert performer; the soloist of the chamber ensemble; concertmaster; teacher of a special pianoforte.
From 2011 to the present, he is the soloist of the Kazakh State Philharmonic named after Zhambyl. Since 2011 he’s Professor of the Department of Special Pianos of the Kazakh National University of Arts (Astana). In 1989 he won the First Prize at the pianists’ contest of the Republics of Central Asia and Kazakhstan (Frunze, Kyrgyzstan).
Timur Urmancheev worked in the jury at various international competitions. He performed in concerts and master classes in various countries around the world. Some of them are: UK, Italy, France, Russia, Switzerland, Austria and many others. Concert performances of Timur Urmancheyev were held in 29 cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Concerts with the musician’s participation were broadcasted by the world’s leading television channels, including Mezzo, Prima Musica (France), Culture (Russia), Caspionet, Khabar (Kazakhstan), Eurasia ORT, and Bilim zhane Madeniet.
Annually, starting from the year 2000, the musician participates in major charity concerts and actions in various cities of the Republic and abroad. These include concerts for veterans of the Second World War, fundraising concerts for various medical institutions, rehabilitation centers, children’s homes and social institutions, concerts in regions affected by natural disasters, and charity master classes for beginner musicians.
In 2001, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Timur Urmancheyev was awarded the medal “For achievements in labor activity”. He was also awarded the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Prize for cultural figures. In 2006 by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Timur Urmancheyev was awarded the highest award of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of culture with the title “Honored Worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan” for his special merits in the field of art. By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, on December 8 2015, Timur Urmancheyev was awarded the Order “Kurmet”.

Dinara Bazarbaeva-Sakhaman was born in 1985 in Russia.
In 1992, she was admitted to the music school for gifted children named after Kulyash Baiseitova. She studied in the class of the Professor Nina Patrusheva. During her studies, she proved herself as a talented musician, performing with the State Symphony and Chamber Orchestra. In 2003, she entered the Kazakh National State Conservatory named after Kurmangazy. She graduated in 2011.
She is the winner of various Kazakh Republic and International contests.
She took part in festivals and gave concerts in such countries as Kazakhstan, USA, Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, France, Italy, Germany, Greece, Israel, Switzerland, India, Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, etc.

Murat Narbekov was born in the village of Zhapek-Batyr in the Almaty region in 1988.
In 2006 he finished the “A. Zhubanova” Music School for gifted children. In 2010 he finished the Kurmangazy Kazakh State National Conservatory.
In 2010 he became an artist in the Abayii National Opera House Orchestra. In 2011 he became an artist in the State Chamber Ensemble “Kazakhstan Camerata”. In 2003 he won 2nd Prize in the First Republic Contest for Cellists (Almaty) and in 2010 the Grand Prix of the International Contest “West-Siberia-East” (Novosybirsk). In 2014 he won the First Prize at the “M. Iudinoii” International Competition (St. Petersburg) and got Honorary Mention as “Best Cellist” at the “J. Brahms” International Competition (Austria). The same year he also won the First Prize at the XVII International Festival “Shabyt”.
Murat Narbekov’s concerts took places in such countries as: UK, Italy, France, Russia, Switzerland, Austria, Poland.
